Kurset er laget med tanke på personer som allerede kan deklarere på papir og som ønsker å lære hvordan det gjøres elektronisk.

Repetisjonsmodulen går over en dag hvor deltaker gjennomfører en interaktiv nettbasert modul med tilgjengelig instruktør. Deretter følger teoretisk og praktisk eksamen.
Ved bestått vil deltaker være godkjent i nye fem år.

Gjennomføres i nye tilpassede lokaler i Stavanger eller Bergen

Repetisjonsmodulen omfatter blant annet:

- Flenser
- Klammer
- Bolter og smøring
- Pakninger
- Arbeidsprosedyrer
- Forståelse og sikker bruk av verktøy og utstyr
- Tilhørende dokumenter

Målsetting med modulen:

Hovedmål med modulen er å gi nødvendig og påkrevd repetisjon for videre å kunne utføre selvstendig arbeid på flenser og boltede forbindelser. 

I følge NS-EN 1591-4 gjelder:

- Dersom en kandidat er godkjent iht. standard NS-EN 1591-4 kreves repetisjon  innen 5 år.

- Dersom en kandidat er godkjent iht. tidligere standard OLF/NOG retningslinje 118 kreves repetisjon innen 4 år.

Praktisk informasjon:

Kurs for personell som skal gassklarere tanker og lukkede rom før entring. Etter kurset skal deltakerne kunne ivareta rollen som kompetent person innen gassmåling.

Kursinnhold

• Forskrifter og retningslinjer for arbeids- og entringstillatelser i lukkede rom
• Virkemåter og begrensninger for bærbare gassmålere/detektorer
• Gassmålingsteori. Måling av brennbare gasser, oksygen og giftige gasser
• Måling før entring og kontinuerlig overvåking av brennbare/helsefarlige gasser og oksygen i arbeidsatmosfæren med bærbare gassmålingsinstrument
• Klargjøring, betjening, kalibrering og vedlikehold av gassmålingsinstrumenter
• Brann- og eksplosjonsteori, statisk elektrisitet
• Isolering, rengjørings og gassfriingsteori
• Grenseverdier for eksponering
• Risikovurdering av arbeidsatmosfæren før entring
• Utstedelse av arbeidssertifikat
• Riktig bruk av luft forsynt åndedrettsvern og daglig rengjøring/vedlikehold
• Oppgaver og praktiske øvelser

Those who assess in the workplace using direct and indirect methods of assessment using examples: observation, questioning, work product, professional discussions, simulations, written evidence such as witness statements and candidate statements and RPL.

Assessment Requirements

Delegates will be required to submit a portfolio of evidence covering all of the Performance and Knowledge Criteria for the L&D9DI Unit. They must submit, as a minimum, assessment-related documentation that provides evidence for the elements listed below, for two candidates, covering two assessments per candidate: 

• Preparing to assess 

• Planning assessments 

• Assessing candidate’s performance and knowledge 

• Confirming progression and achievement

Delegates must use a range of assessment methods, including observation, questioning and work product. 

Delegates will also need to be observed carrying out part of the assessment process by their ITB assessor and participate, with other assessors in their workplace, in standardisation practice.

NORSOK standard R-003, Sikker bruk av løfteutstyr er bransjestandarden for operasjon av løfteutstyr på norsk sokkel.

Kurset ”Sikker bruk av offshorekran” er bygget opp rundt NORSOK R-003 og er et viktig verktøy for å tilfredsstille myndighetenes krav om vedlikehold og verifikasjon av kompetanse innen sikker bruk av løfteutstyr.

Kurset fokuserer på god arbeidspraksis, samt å skape gode holdninger og sikkerhetsforståelse ved kranoperasjoner i henhold til NORSOK standard R-003.

Kurset gir en introduksjon til den nye versjonen av R-003 som ble lansert i 2017.

Dette kurset inneholder referanser til 2004 versjonen av R-003, men kurset i sin helhet vil bli oppdatert når ny versjon av R-003 blir lansert med oppdatert tillegg B.
